If youre struggling with this, it’s probably because this is outdated info. I struggled since my purchase in 2022, today I finally obtained an updated packet of instructions from customer support and it worked flawlessly.
My blinds recently would only go up 25% and then stop and the remote buttons got flipped where up was down and down was up. I did a factory reset like you showed and it fixed all issues. Thank you very much!
