In this day and age, people expect you to be able to answer calls quickly and easily. Whether you’re working from home and joining a meeting or you’re getting a call from family on the go, you’ll want earbuds with a solid mic performance, and the ability to separate your voice from any noise around you. ANC doesnโt hurt, either, as you want to be able to hear what the person on the other end is saying. In this video, we run through our top picks, and provide audio samples so you can judge for yourself which pair offer the
best performance.

Its crazy that in 2026 the Bluetooth consortium was not able to produce a headset mode that does not sound like an 40 year old phone.
What about tje ENC?
I would love a tiny horn and no woofer. I donโt need tons of bass I need clarity!!!!
Being able to adjust call eq to roll off lows and boost mid/high frequencies would be ok, but not ideal.
Ear bud makers are making them for bass and bass is the opposite of clarity. I wish someone would make make some speech oriented ear buds. Boost 3-12khz roll off the muddy lows <60hz and siblance >16khz.
I want to hear a 1โ titanium driver about 8ft from me (like a good stage monitor sound), but in my ear.
