This dock needs to support HDMI CEC to make it truly no-compromises. Turning on the TV from the Docked handheld makes couch/TV setups so much nicer. It should be doable with a simple Firmware update – if you have any BENQ contacts please pass along this feedback to make this product even better.
Does this dock support CEC? In other words, when the gaming deck is powered on or wakes from sleep, does it automatically wake the TV and set it to the correct input?
Great video bro. I’m thinking bout this dock to replace my jsaux just for hdmi 2.1. Since I got the steam deck I play mostly on GeForce now docked and the ps pro is for my lady . But as great as it is , I’d want to tweak it a bit , recently gen got 4 k 90 hz while docked, prolly 4:2:2 and no vrr , is there a chance I get 4 k120 witch 4:4:4 chroma here ? I’m not intrested in av1 , I got a work pc and and iPad for work, I just want to make the most out of the steam gf
